The Port Authority of New York New Jersey provides Bus Terminal Alerts to notify customers of incidents or events that may delay their trip through the Port Authority Bus Terminal or George Washington Bridge Bus Station. When you register you will:
- Receive free alerts directly to your cellular phone,
PDA, pager, or e-mail account
- Be able to select the facilities as well as the time
ranges you wish to monitor
Messages are limited to 160 characters due to limitations

NOTE: Your cellular phone and/or pager provider may charge a per-message fee. This is not a Port Authority of NY & NJ fee. You may cancel or change your subscription at any time. The Port Authority of NY & NJ is not responsible for inadvertent errors or omissions in any Bus Terminal Alerts message.
